STALL HIRE
Stall hire fee paid includes GST, trestle table, chair, backing board, public liability & marketing/advertising. By paying the stallholders fee, you have read the charges and conditions of the Bubs to Tweens Indoor Market for Maternity, Baby, Kids & Pre-Teen and agreed to them. Sorry, no refunds. Any advertising, promotional material, flyers, etc. that any stall holder wishes to hand out on the day must be approved prior to the Market day. Stall holders and their representatives are not permitted at any time to distribute any approved material other than from their stall table. (i.e. walking around the venue and handing out flyers, etc). A breach of this condition will result in the stall holder being requested to leave the venue.
INSURANCE
Booking a stall with Bubs to Tweens Indoor Markets provides the stallholder with public liability but not product insurance. Stallholder are advised however that all toys presented for sale must meet Australian Safety Standards. Any pre-loved toy that has a charger that plugs into a 240V power outlet will need to be safety tested and tagged. In addition, any other electrical item that you are selling eg baby sterilizers, baby monitors, bedside lamps or any other pre-loved item that plugs into a 240V power outlet will also need to be safety tested and tagged before being presented for sale.
All cots, car seats, bassinets, port-a-cots, highchairs and prams that you are selling need to meet Australian Safety Standards.
GARBAGE
NO STALL HOLDER IS TO PLACE ANY MARKET RUBBISH IN THE VENUE BINS.
It is the stallholder's responsibility to take all unsold items with them. No item/s are to be left behind at your stall or on/in the venue premises. Please leave your stall area the way you found it.
SECURITY
No responsibility is taken by the organisers for theft, loss or damage. Stallholders are responsible for their own stall security and monies.
SAFETY
The stall holder is responsible for the safety of their table/stall, i.e. setting items up in a safe & secure manner to avoid accidents.
STALL HOLDERS CAN SELL
Quality second-hand goods relating to babies, toddlers, and kids. If you wish to sell anything else, you will be asked to leave the market immediately.
STALL HOLDERS CAN NOT SELL
Anything unrelated to babies, toddlers & kids or any dangerous goods!
DECORATIONS
Nothing can be placed against, hung, stuck, tapped, glued, nailed, screwed or in any other way attached to, affixed or placed upon any wall, window, table, door, curtain or any other portion of the venue.
MARKET CANCELLATION
Should a Bubs to Tweens Indoor Market be cancelled due to reasons of emergency, danger, weather conditions, disasters, safety, health concerns, or other reasons that are not in reasonable control of the Bubs to Tweens organisers (as judged by the Bubs to Tweens organisers), then stall holders will not receive a refund of their stall hire paid.
OTHER
Bubs to Tweens shall not be responsible for the compliance by a stall holder with any By-law, Regulation, Act or Statute. There are guidelines about selling goods relating to children and babies. These guidelines can be found on the ACCC's website. (www.accc.gov.au) or by calling the ACCC on 1300 302 502. Bubs to Tweens accepts no responsibility for any transaction entered into in the Market enclosure. Bubs to Tweens will not refund stall hire fees paid in the case of cancellation of market due to factors out of our control. Bubs to Tweens reserves the right to decide or arbitrate any dispute arising out of or in the course of the conduct of the Market. Bubs to Tweens reserves the right to refuse admission to the Market to any person without giving any reason for the same and to eject or cause to be ejected any person and/or his/her goods and chattels without giving any reason for the same. Bubs to Tweens accepts no liability for the loss or damage of any kind suffered by any person who enters the Market area and all persons who enter the Market area do so at their own risk. The stall holder agrees to indemnify Bubs to Tweens against all claims for damages or injury to the property or person of any persons in respect of any claim by any such person arising out of negligence on the part of the stall holder or his agents or servants.
